Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose mental health disorders through interviews and psychological testing.
  • Create and adapt treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs and progress.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques to assist clients in coping with stress and emotional challenges.
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Offer training and supervision to psychology interns and graduate students.
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to team-based care discussions.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights and support them in accessing additional resources.
  • Engage in research initiatives to improve psychological practices and outcomes.
  • Maintain a professional and ethical standard in all client interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
