Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Coaching and Development Manager to oversee training initiatives and employee development programs. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of effective coaching strategies that enhance team performance and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of coaching and training initiatives.
  • Engage with external coaching professionals for specialized training.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to improve coaching effectiveness.
  • Create an inclusive environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Utilize metrics to track coaching program success and participant progress.
  • Conduct market research for benchmarking training programs against competitors.
  • Develop engaging content for coaching and training materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Additional coaching certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development
