The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring that aesthetic and functional aspects meet client requirements. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring innovative designs to life.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions for various project types.
• Manage communication with clients, sharing project progress updates.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct regular site meetings to monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with project teams to address any design-related challenges.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into architectural designs.
• Actively participate in project planning sessions and workshops.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in architecture.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working on architectural projects

• Revit
• BIM Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Building Design Professional (BDP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in landscape architecture: Ability to incorporate outdoor spaces into architectural designs.
