Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and create goal-oriented treatments.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as required.
• Provide supervision and training for junior therapists.
• Engage with community resources to enhance patient support.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and families.
• Ensure compliance with health standards and regulations.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a healthcare environment, with a focus on rehabilitation therapy
