Job Description

As a Telecommunications Equipment Installer and Repairer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our telecommunications equipment. We are looking for someone who is technically skilled and passionate about technology, eager to contribute to our mission of connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly.
  • Work closely with technicians and engineers to improve service quality.
  • Document all service activities accurately and comprehensively.
  • Provide on-call support for urgent repair requests.
  • Take inventory of supplies and equipment used during installations.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to protocols.
  • Support network upgrades and expansions.
  • Mentor junior team members in installation techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Telecommunications or a related discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience
  • 3 years experience in the field of telecommunications repair and installation
