Job Description

We are seeking a proactive E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives. Your role will involve managing product listings, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and executing marketing strategies to boost sales. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer preferences to guide product selection and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive e-commerce business plans to drive sales.
• Work with the IT team to ensure functionality and efficiency of the platform.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a competitive edge.
• Supervise and train e-commerce staff as necessary.
• Implement A/B testing for marketing initiatives to optimise sales performance.
• Manage customer queries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Create detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• MBA in Marketing or E-commerce is an asset

• 5+ years of experience in a senior e-commerce role
