Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support

Technical Skills

• ITIL Framework

Advantageous

• Experience in Cloud Technologies: Exposure to cloud services such as AWS or Azure is advantageous.
