UX Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design processes.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze findings.
• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ensure that the user interface is accessible and inclusive.
• Continuously refine designs based on user data and analytics.
• Document design specifications for development handoff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in User Experience Design is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience conducting workshops: Experience in leading design thinking workshops to gather user insights.
• Knowledge in accessibility standards: Understanding of accessibility best practices and guidelines for inclusive design.
