Responsibilities

• Implement and analyze financial models for corporate transactions.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their financial needs.
• Work closely with accountants and other financial professionals to ensure accuracy.
• Support ongoing client relationship management and communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Finance is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years in a corporate finance role or investment banking
