Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for different production runs.
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Document production data and report issues to supervisors.
• Train and supervise junior staff in machine operation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards at all times.

Advantageous

• Experience operating paperboard box making machinery: Hands-on experience with machinery specific to paperboard production.
• Knowledge of different types of adhesive materials: Understanding of adhesives suitable for various box types.
