Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to diverse patient populations.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
  • Participate in patient care conferences and case reviews.
  • Utilize advanced physiotherapy techniques and equipment for effective treatment.
  • Keep abreast of developments in physiotherapy practices and evidence.
  • Engage in reflective practice to continually improve personal therapeutic skills.
  • Support patients in rehabilitation efforts post-surgery or injury.
  • Train patients in proper exercise techniques to prevent future injuries.
  • Document all treatment-related information promptly and accurately.
  • Contribute to departmental meetings focusing on quality improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Honours or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
  • Consideration for further specialization is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a clinical setting with complex cases

  • Advanced Manual Therapy Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Sesotho: Conversational

Advantageous
