Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers to ensure product alignments with brand strategy.
• Conduct competitive analysis to enhance product positioning within the market.
• Manage timelines and budgets for product development cycles.
• Support the training and mentoring of junior team members.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and production to ensure accurate product delivery.
• Optimize product assortments based on sales data and customer insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

• 3+ years of experience in fashion product consultancy or design roles
