Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental examinations and cleanings.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions and diseases.
• Develop treatment plans catered to patients' needs.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants.
• Handle complications or emergencies during dental procedures.
• Stay current with dental technologies and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Postgraduate studies are desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical dental experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Endodontics
• Periodontics

Certifications

• HPCSA Registration
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Advantageous

• Experience with Sedation Dentistry: Familiarity with sedation techniques for patient comfort during procedures.
• Implant Dentistry Certification: Certification in dental implants and related procedures is a plus.
