Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Cape Town. You will manage a team, oversee inventory control, and implement effective warehousing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving and storage of goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the workplace.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse layout for efficient flow.
• Involve in budgeting and financial planning for the warehouse.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing or operations management

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Safety Compliance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP systems in managing inventory and logistics.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Best Practices: Familiarity with the latest trends and practices in supply chain management.
