Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dedicated team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products. You will play an essential role in testing, identifying defects, and implementing improvements to enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality assurance documentation.
• Lead testing initiatives for newly developed products.
• Communicate findings with stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Provide feedback to developers on quality enhancements.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance plans.
• Monitor and report on compliance with quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or Engineering
• Master's degree is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance role

Technical Skills

• Statistical Analysis Tools
• Automation Testing

Certifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

• Experience in Automation Testing: Background in implementing automated testing processes to improve efficiency.
