Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve help desk tickets.
Act as the first point of contact for technical support.
Perform troubleshooting on company systems and applications.
Support remote users with technical issues.
Help maintain IT security protocols and policies.
Assist in planning and deploying IT solutions.
Participate in IT projects as required.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
Assist in the setup of new IT infrastructure.
Provide excellent customer service to users.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
Bachelor's degree in IT preferred

2+ years experience in a technical support role
