Job Description

Join our dynamic design team as a UI/UX Designer. You will be pivotal in shaping our user experience, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing usability. Your expertise will help us create digital products that not only look great but also provide an exceptional and seamless user journey. Presenting design ideas to stakeholders and iterating based on feedback will be an essential part of your role.

Responsibilities

• Transform user insights into design solutions that enhance user experiences.
• Work alongside the development team to ensure design integrity in final products.
• Prepare design specifications for handoff to developers.
• Engage users through usability testing and apply findings to improve designs.
• Organize and manage design files efficiently for team access.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials and branding elements as needed.
• Promote a user-first approach in design discussions and related meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences

Certifications

• Google UX Design Certificate
• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages
