In this role, you'll be responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, facilitating equity and debt financing, and providing strategic guidance to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and market research, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies for client financing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Evaluate acquisition targets and perform quantitative analysis.
• Educate clients on investment banking products and services.
• Support the development of junior analysts and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of progressive investment banking experience
