Responsibilities

• Develop and review project designs, plans, and specifications.
• Engage in project cost estimation and financial planning.
• Optimize engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation in accordance with best practices.
• Review contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Coordinate field inspections and surveys to validate project requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• SAP2000
• Civil Engineering Software

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Registered Construction Manager (RCM)
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in urban projects: Background in working with urban development and infrastructure.
