Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning and analysis function to support overall strategy.
• Compile and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Work with the finance team to develop cash flow projections.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide recommendations.
• Assist in preparing statutory financial reports.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration
• Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in financial analysis or corporate finance roles
