Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a flair for creativity and a strong understanding of visual communication to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs across various platforms, including print, social media, and web.

Responsibilities

• Develop branding strategies and create logos for diverse clients.
• Enhance user experience through effective graphic design on digital platforms.
• Create infographics and other visual content to communicate complex information.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Assist in the training of junior designers and interns.
• Contribute to the team’s creative direction and visual storytelling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or related field
• Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Design
• Adobe XD

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Web Design Certification
• UX Design certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work under pressure: Can manage tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of coding for web design.
