Responsibilities
Organize and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence.
Draft, format, and edit professional documents and reports.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agendas, venues, and catering.
Conduct research and prepare briefing notes for executive meetings.
Support the executive team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
Assist with the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements
Education
Diploma in Office Administration or related field
Experience
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or a similar role
