We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and driving project success. Your insights will help shape the future of our IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and concisely.
• Support the testing phase by ensuring requirements are met.
• Lead workshops to refine project objectives and scope.
• Analyze industry trends to provide insights for strategic planning.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
