As a Chemical Engineer based in Johannesburg, you will be at the forefront of driving innovations in the chemical manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include optimizing existing processes, conducting research for new product development, and ensuring that all operations adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new chemical processes for product improvement.
• Conduct quality control tests and analyze results for compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D for the development of new products.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure alignment on processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Review and revise technical documents and reports for accuracy.
• Advise on equipment maintenance and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications in Process Engineering are advantageous

Experience

• minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer
