We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable Tax Consultant to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of South African tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. You’ll be responsible for advising clients on tax matters, preparing tax returns, and ensuring that clients meet their obligations while maximising their tax efficiency. Responsibilities

• Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Prepare tax implications of corporate actions.
• Develop and implement tax policies for clients.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.
• Educate clients on tax structures and compliance practices.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure all tax matters are appropriately addressed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Taxation or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the taxation field

• Tax Compliance

Certifications

• Advanced Taxation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
