As an Architect in our Stellenbosch office, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of architectural projects that reflect our values of innovation and sustainability. Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to capture project requirements.
• Create innovative architectural concepts and presentations.
• Draft and review architectural specifications and documentation.
• Manage projects from conception to final handover.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Implement sustainable practices in all designs.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure project resources.
• Attend and contribute to design review meetings.
• Identify new business development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in relevant architecture roles

Technical Skills

• Landscape Design

Certifications

• Professional Engineer License

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
