• Lead audits, assessing compliance and accuracy of products and services.
• Create and maintain audit schedules and documentation.
• Identify discrepancies in financial processes and propose corrective measures.
• Collaborate with departments to implement best practices.
• Conduct training for staff on financial management and compliance.
• Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the company.
• Develop client relationships to ensure transparency and trust.
• Participate in strategic discussions regarding financial planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role with extensive audit experience
