Job Description

We are seeking an innovative UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and engaging design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your experience in user research and design thinking will help shape the direction of our projects and ensure that we deliver exceptional user experiences consistently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and testing to gain a deep understanding of user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement user-centered designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Analyze user feedback and make iterative improvements to enhance design solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Masters preferred, especially in UX/UI

Experience

• 3+ years in a UX Designer role or a related position.
