Join our dynamic team as a Civil Engineer, where you'll be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of a variety of infrastructure projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and a passion for innovative design and project management. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the necessary specifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to produce accurate engineering designs.
• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Engage with stakeholders to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Prepare and submit project status updates and reports.
• Implement innovative solutions to engineering problems.
• Conduct training sessions for junior staff.
• Optimize project performance through effective resource management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgetary proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience overseeing construction projects
