• Manage all aspects of shipment tracking and reporting.
• Communicate with suppliers and transport companies to optimize freight processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in freight operations.
• Provide customer service and support related to shipping queries.
• Help train and mentor junior staff in the logistics department.
• Utilize logistics software to manage shipping schedules.
• Participate in planning and implementing logistics strategies.

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Logistics Management Proficient in managing logistics operations and shipping.
• Customs Regulations Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail Highly detail-oriented in managing logistics documentation.
• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
• Freight Forwarding Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)
