Job Description

We are looking for a committed Bookkeeper to manage financial data and contribute to the success of our clients. Your responsibilities will include recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. A meticulous approach and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strict adherence to financial regulations and compliance.
• Generate monthly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
• Participate in developing financial strategies for clients.
• Conduct reconciliations and maintain records for tax purposes.
• Assist with administrative duties related to finance.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Bookkeeping or a related field
• Higher qualification in finance is beneficial

Experience

• 2+ years in a bookkeeping position preferred

• Financial Reporting

Certifications

• Bookkeeping Level 2 or equivalent
• Financial Management Certification is a plus

Languages

• Afrikaans: Fluent
• English: Fluent
