Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines.
• Manage budget and resource allocation efficiently.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and control construction activities to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare and submit reports on project status, adjustments, and forecasts.
• Implement innovative methods to improve construction efficiencies.
• Liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary permits.
• Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Construction Management is an asset

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in construction supervision
