Job Description

As an Architect at our leading design firm, you will work on exciting projects from concept to completion. We are looking for someone with creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for sustainable design to help us develop our next landmark project in Port Elizabeth.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans and drawings.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Review and approve construction documents and plans.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Prepare and submit planning applications and permits.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
• Create innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in architectural design

• AutoCAD
