Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Station Manager who will be accountable for the overall management of our communication station, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and personnel. Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational management of the communication station.
  • Supervise staff and manage schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure efficient communication.
  • Create and enforce operational procedures for improved station efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate station performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to support station goals.
  • Prepare documentation and reports for senior management.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new staff on equipment and policies.
  • Oversee budget management for resources and staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing a communications team
