Responsibilities

• Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Utilize analytics tools to track customer engagement and sales conversion.
• Enhance product presentation through effective merchandising.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot website issues and improve functionality.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives for marketing campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Assist in budget planning and cost management for e-commerce initiatives.
• Provide exceptional support to online customers throughout their journey.
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and technologies.
• Compile monthly reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Commerce or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles
