Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Doctor to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. As a Doctor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality medical care to our patients while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient symptoms and recommend necessary treatments.
• Manage acute and chronic health issues effectively.
• Foster a relationship of trust with patients.
• Provide emergency care and management when required.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings for patient management.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Support healthcare policy development and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity of patients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB from an accredited institution
• Specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years in a medical practice setting

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• PALS Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
