Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Doctor to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. As a Doctor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality medical care to our patients while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and analyze medical histories.
• Provide consultation and follow-up care to patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
• Liaise with specialists and other healthcare providers.
• Contribute to clinical audits and quality assurance programs.
• Promote preventative health measures and healthy lifestyles.
• Assist in training of medical interns and junior staff.
• Keep abreast of latest medical advancements and practices.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB from an accredited institution
• Specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years in a medical practice setting

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• PALS Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
