• Provide mentorship to junior developers in blockchain technologies.
• Document all technical processes and work on continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in blockchain development and DApp creation

Certifications

• Certified Blockchain Expert

Languages

Advantageous
