• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather design requirements.

• Conduct usability testing to evaluate user interaction with designs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in design.
• Document and communicate design specifications to the development team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or Psychology

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams to enhance project workflows.
