Job Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing system maintenance, and enhancing our IT infrastructure. Your expertise will contribute to improving internal processes and providing top-notch support to our users.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Document all support processes and maintain a knowledge base.
• Liaise between management and users to facilitate communication regarding IT services.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in IT support

• Linux OS
• Remote Support Tools

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Scripting Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
