Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Helpers to work alongside our Hot Metal Mixer Operators. As a Helper, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring smooth operations and supporting various tasks related to metal alloy production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and assist in managing the mixing process.
• Transport materials effectively to designated areas.
• Regulate the flow of molten materials and physical processes.
• Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine quality checks and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical or vocational training is advantageous

Experience

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina
• Ability to follow instructions

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Ability to operate a forklift or other material handling equipment: Certification in operating forklifts or similar machinery would be beneficial.
