Job Description

As a Physiotherapist at Allied Health Services, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Your expertise in physical therapy will enable you to devise tailored treatment programs and work in partnership with patients to enhance their physical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Conduct physical therapy sessions and provide hands-on treatment.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify therapy based on findings.
• Counsel patients on injury prevention and health management strategies.
• Work with other health professionals to facilitate a holistic approach to care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and community wellness programs.
• Documentation of patient interactions and treatment results in compliance with clinic standards.
• Engage in research and contribute to best practices within the physiotherapy field.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Registered Physiotherapist license

Languages

• Knowledge of Pilates or other therapeutic exercise methods: Experience in using Pilates for rehabilitation and injury prevention.
