Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor in Durban, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include managing workflows, leading a team of warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient inventory control. Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in meeting operational objectives.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock counts and audits.
• Implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed.
• Provide ongoing training and support to warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams.
• Manage the reception and dispatch of goods.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in Logistics/Warehousing is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or supervision

• Warehouse Management Systems
