Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the warehouse team in meeting operational objectives.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock counts and audits.
  • Implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to warehouse staff.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams.
  • Manage the reception and dispatch of goods.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Relevant qualification in Logistics/Warehousing is a plus
  • Warehouse Management Systems Proficient in managing inventory and warehouse operations using WMS.
  • Forklift Operation Skilled in safely operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Leadership Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English (Fluent)
  • Zulu (Conversational)
Advantageous
  • Experience with stock control systems: Familiarity with stock control technologies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management: Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
