We are looking for a skilled Top Collar Baster to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality basting for top collar garments, ensuring precision and quality in every stitch.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing industry-standard tools and machinery for basting.
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure all garments meet standards.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Documenting daily production metrics and reporting to supervisors.
• Providing feedback on fabric selection and basting improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment basting within the textile industry.

Languages

• English: Fluent
