As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be crucial in designing, implementing and managing cloud-based infrastructures. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure high availability and performance of our cloud services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various cloud platforms and a proactive approach to tackling challenges in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of cloud infrastructure projects from conception to execution.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud services and tools.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
• Spearhead training initiatives for team members on cloud technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps or cloud engineering

Technical Skills

• Google Cloud Platform
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Scripting Languages (Python, Bash)

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Google Professional Cloud Architect
• Docker Certified Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile development teams.
• Knowledge of Monitoring Tools: Experience using monitoring solutions like Prometheus or Grafana.
