Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our Cape Town team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms. You will leverage innovative storytelling and analytical tools to optimize campaigns and drive community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with online influencers.
  • Implement strategies for growing social media follower base.
  • Compile weekly reports assessing campaign KPIs against targets.
  • Engage in crisis management as it pertains to social media presence.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Organize online communities and forums for community engagement.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for creative marketing ideas.
  • Integrate feedback from users into future campaign strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in social media strategy and execution
