Job Description

As an Enameler, you will be at the forefront of enhancing metal surfaces through enamel application. This role demands precision and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces before applying enamel to ensure optimum adherence.
• Handle and mix enamel materials according to specified guidelines.
• Use spraying and dipping techniques for coating application.
• Perform post-application inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep work area tidy and organized.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Provide feedback to management regarding any issues in the coating process.
• Work with team members to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Certification in surface finishing or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge of various enamel types

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Strong work ethic

Advantageous

• Experience with automated coating systems: Familiarity with modern coating technology for efficiency.
• Understanding of health and safety in manufacturing: Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
