Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Veneer Taper to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a passion for quality workmanship, working with a variety of veneer materials.

Responsibilities

• Apply finishes and stains to veneer products to achieve desired appearances.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Document production activities and report issues to the Production Manager.
• Manage inventory of veneer materials and tools effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions for skills development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience in woodworking is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Veneer application techniques
• Tool handling

Languages

• English: Fluent
