We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Cape Town. Your role will involve developing and implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries and surgeries, ensuring their rehabilitation journey is both effective and supportive.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations to determine patient needs and goals.
• Create customized rehabilitation plans that promote recovery and independence.
• Track patient improvements and provide feedback and support.
• Involve patients in their recovery by offering guidance on fitness and wellness.
• Document treatment processes and outcomes clearly and comprehensively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical rehabilitation setting

Technical Skills

• Rehabilitation Techniques
• Pain Management Strategies

• Motivational Skills

Certifications

• Advanced Manual Therapy Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of geriatric care: Experience in providing therapy for elderly patients with mobility challenges.
• Experience in home health settings: Background working with patients in their homes for rehabilitation.
