Responsibilities

• Create space planning and layout designs for residential and commercial projects.
• Work closely with clients to refine design ideas and make adjustments.
• Prepare presentations and design proposals for client approval.
• Coordinate with architects, builders, and other professionals.
• Supervise the installation of design elements to ensure accuracy.
• Provide clients with post-installation support and follow-up.
• Manage the design process efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential or commercial design

Technical Skills

• Visual Communication
• Furniture Design

Soft Skills

• Client Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in graphic design software: Skills in Adobe Creative Suite for design presentations.
