Job Description

As a Help Desk Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the first point of contact for technical support issues and will play a crucial role in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across the organization. Your expertise will aid in rapid problem resolution and contribute to a seamless experience for all staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service with a focus on user satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Perform regular audits on hardware and software compliance.
  • Assist with data backup and recovery processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant Certification in IT Support (CompTIA, A+ or equivalent)
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a help desk environment
